ECO HHM - horizontal hand honing machine for bores with an exact form and high dimensional accuracy

The entry level model for small series and prototype machining. The standard version is designed for low cost manual machining, whereby as an option the machine can also be fitted with an automatic stroke. This enables the realisation of excellent results with a low investment volume.

Honing spindle

Stepless speed adjustment. Choice of settings made with a ring scale for materials and bore diameters. Mechanical spindle brake after end of the honing process.

Feed

Large adjustment range of the stone pressure force with a progressive but finely adjustable feed of the tools through mechanical force transmission.

Tool holder

Holders for different re-adjustable honing tools for all possible honing work from Ø 1.9 to 100 mm.

Measuring equipment

Adjustable dimensional limitation. Additional comparator measuring device with dial gauge and light beacon display.

Honing oil

Honing oil feed through two flexible hose lines. Splash-free oil pan unit with replaceable filter insert. Integrated coolant system with sediment basin and separate electrical pump. Additional equipment: filter trolley.

Accessories

Accessories for reliable honing also of difficult workpieces, such as torque limit stop and stroke limit stop. On request also with sliding table.
