Here you can submit suggestions for improvement or complaints. These will be forwarded anonymously by our works council. You will then receive answers to your suggestion for improvement/your complaint, also anonymously, through our works council.

If the fields marked as voluntary are filled in, then the information about your personal data (name, e-mail address) will be collected and processed on a voluntary basis. The legal basis for this is the Art. 7 para. 4 of the DSGVO, as well as the consent to processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a) DSGVO. The data will only be collected for the purpose stated above and accordingly will not be disclosed or processed for other purposes. The collected data will be deleted after the statutory retention period.
