The abrasive mounted in stick form results in an ideal coolant feed, ensures durability and an exceptional cutting capacity. Depending on the type and machine, tools can be used in connection with a mechanical measuring system or in a special version with an pneumatic measuring system.

There are almost no restrictions regarding the mounting of the tools. Whether with ceramic honing stones, diamond or CBN sticks, NAGEL develops abrasives for customers which perfectly match the tool and material to be machined. Taking into account your requirements in relation to the machining time, tool life quantity and the required machining tolerances customers receive a complete system which is unparalleled.
